The Barn Raising antiques and gift shop has been in business in Rutledge for over 25 years. Filled to the brim with antiques (specializing in primitives), gifts and collectibles, it offers a little something for everyone. Its goods are housed in an old dry goods store building that was built in the late 1800s. The historic building has many interesting features such as its original green and white octagon Greek Key patterned tile floor and Winder Foundry Iron work on its facade.

The front of the shop features 18th century furniture reproductions by Paul Jones, along with many unique gifts, antiques and collectibles. The back is a treasure trove of antiques and vintage items displayed in room-like settings.
