Runner-up in Good Morning America's Best Bites Challenge, and now open for dinner Friday and Saturday nights.

Our uniquely renovated turn of the century drug store, built in 1893, sets the tone for a great trip down memory lane! The Rutledge Family, originally from South Carolina, was one of the first families to occupy Morgan County. After the Gerogia Railroad was built, this area became known as the "turn around" town for trains to refuel and water near Miss Polly Rutledge’s log cabin.

The café was originally opened on Labor Day in 1991. The Polly Rutledge Room was added in May 1992, where once was located the Rutledge General Store. The staff at Yesterday’s Café hopes you enjoy your visit to our charming little town.
